Reservation Code vs Confirmation Number

• In your confirmation email, on the top right, you will see a Reservation Code. This is NOT the hotel’s confirmation but an internal reference number needed for cancellations

• PLEASE make sure to use the Confirmation Number, located below the hotel name (on the left) when corresponding with the hotel or checking in.

How do I cancel or modify my reservation

• Cancellations: To cancel a booking, navigate to the Reservation page on the booking platform and enter your 6-digit Reservation Code to view & cancel your booking

• Modifications: Please note that any modifications must be via your travel advisor. Alternatively you can cancel and rebook but rates are subject to change.

What if I am booking more than 2 people in one room?

• The system may not be able to include children or additional adults in the pricing. Please contact your advisor for any requests for more than 2 people in a room.
